Company Law General Circular 05/2025 Dated 15/10/2025 – DIR-3-KYC filing deadline extended to 31st October 2025 

MCA has extended the deadline for the filing of the e-form DIR-3-KYC and web-form DIR-3- KYC-WEB without any prescribed filing fee up to 31^st October 2025.
