UP Awas Evam Vikas Parishad, an authority constituted under the Uttar Pradesh Awas Evam Vikas Parishad Adhiniyam, has been notified under section 10(46A) for exemption on its income, provided the authority continues to operate for specified purpose under section 10(46A)(a) of Act.
