Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board, a Board constituted under the Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Act, has been notified under section 10(46A) for exemption on its income, provided the authority continues to operate for specified purpose under section 10(46A)(a) of Act.
