GST, AAR Tamil Nadu Ruling Dated 17/11/2025 – GST Exemption allowed on Godown Rent due to storage of Agricultural Produce 

Case of Leena Modern Rice Mill, AAR Tamil Nadu Ruling Dated 17^th November 2025.  AAR ruled that the rent received for a godown used exclusively for the storage of paddy is exempt from Goods and Services Tax (GST).
