IBBI, NCLAT Delhi Judgement Dated 17/09/2025 – Claim in CIRP rightly rejected since payments for flats to Corporate Debtor Not Established

Case of Sneha Kore vs Arun Kapoor, NCLAT Delhi Judgement Dated 17^th September 2025. The appellate tribunal held that rejection of claim in CIRP of corporate debtor justified since Appellants failed to establish the crucial aspect of transfer of monies to the bank account of Corporate Debtor for purchase of flats.
