New Okhla Industrial Development Authority, an authority constituted by the State Government of Uttar Pradesh, has been notified under section 10(46) for exemption on its income arising from amount received as Grants from state government, disposal of properties, rent, fees, tolls, charges under UPIADA and interest on bank deposits.(Link: Income Tax Notification 171/2025 Dated 15/12/2025)
