The notification amends the Anti-dumping Duty on Hot rolled flat products of alloy or non-alloy steel, originating in or exported from Vietnam and imported into India, imposed vide notification 32/2025 (ADD) dated 12th November 2025. It has been amended to provide that, since safeguard duty has been imposed on the subject goods vide Notification 02/2025 (SG) dated 30th December, 2025, the anti-dumping duty equal to the anti-dumping duty mentioned in notification 32/2025, minus the safeguard duty payable, if any, shall be imposed.
