The earlier notification 41/2025 dated 30th September, 2025 has been amended in line with India’s commitments under the India–EFTA Trade and Economic Partnership Agreement (TEPA), with Switzerland. The Table containing CD rates, AIDC rates and Health Cess rates has been substituted.
