West Bengal Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, a Board constituted by the Government of West Bengal, has been notified under section 10(46) for exemption on its income arising from amount received as Cess collected under Building Workers Welfare Cess Act, Registration fees, Subscriptions, Grants and loan from Government and interest on bank deposits.
