The Notification seeks to prescribe effective rates of National Calamity Contingent Duty (NCCD) on chewing tobacco, Jarda Scented tobacco and other Tobacco products. It provide effective NCCD rate as 25% on chewing tobacco, jarda scented tobacco, and other goods falling under tariff item 240399.
