Company Law, MCA Notification Dated 10/02/2026 – Amendments in notification 1354(E) dated 21st May 2014 revise Regional Director Designation 

The amendment substitutes the reference to the ‘office of Regional Director at Noida’ with ‘Regional Director, Northern Region Directorate I, Headquarter at New Delhi’.
