The Public Notice prescribes the modalities for application, allocation, and processing of export authorizations for 25 LMT of wheat as permitted. Applicants with active IEC must apply online through the specified DGFT portal link during the first ten days of each month until the quota is exhausted. Applications must include past export performance, confirmed export orders, and a Chartered Accountant-certified turnover statement for the preceding five financial years. Authorizations will be valid for six months, non-transferable, and subject to allocation by a Special Exim Facilitation Committee (EFC).
