Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar, a trust constituted under the Rajasthan Urban Improvement Act 1959, has been notified under section 10(46A) for exemption on its income, provided the authority continues to operate for specified purpose under section 10(46A)(a) of Income Tax Act.
