Patiala Urban Planning And Development Authority (PDA), an authority constituted under the Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act 1995, has been notified under section 10(46A) for exemption on its income, provided the authority continues to operate for specified purpose under section 10(46A)(a) of Income Tax Act.
