Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board, a Board established by the State Government of Andhra Pradesh under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act 1974, has been notified under section 10(46A) for exemption on its income, provided the authority continues to operate for specified purpose under section 10(46A)(a) of Income Tax Act.
