The notification allows conditional customs duty exemptions on goods manufactured by Special Economic Zone (SEZ) units and cleared to the Domestic Tariff Area (DTA). It allows reduced customs duty and Agriculture Infrastructure and Development Cess (AIDC) based on specified rates, subject to compliance with conditions. It excludes units in Free Trade and Warehousing Zones and goods merely imported into SEZ and removed without manufacturing.
