Chandigarh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, a Board established by the Chandigarh Administration, has been notified under section 10(46) for exemption on its income arising from amount received as Cess collected under Cess Act, Contributions paid by the beneficiaries, and Interest on bank deposits.
