RBI has notified the Foreign Exchange Management (Authorised Persons) Regulations, 2026 vide notification No. FEMA 401/2026-RB dated 30th April 2026. All Authorised Persons have been directed to comply with the new regulations. The RBI also amended instructions contained in the Master Directions relating to Money Changing Activities and Other Remittance Facilities.
