Customs Tariff (Determination of Origin of Goods under the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement between India and Oman) Rules, 2026 have been notified. Only those goods, certified as originating in accordance with these rules will be entitled to the concessional rates of customs duty agreed under the Agreement.
