New Okhla Industrial Development Authority, an authority constituted under the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act, 1976, has been notified under section 10(46A) for exemption on its income, provided the authority continues to operate for the specified purposes under Section 10(46A) (a) of the Act.
