The notification relates to the designation of special courts for trial of offences under Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Act. The designated court for Raipur is now the ‘Court of XII Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur, and for Jaipur, it is the ‘Special Court (Communal Riots), Jaipur’.
