Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board, a Board established by the State Government of Andhra Pradesh under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act 1974, has been notified under section 10(46) for exemption on its income arising from Consent fees, Analysis fees, Payments from CPCB, Bio medical authorisation fees, Cess, Miscellaneous income and interest on bank deposits.
