Income Tax Notification Dated 18/07/2025 – ICRISAT Exempted from TDS under Section 197A(1F): 

The notification exempts the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT) from the applicability of Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) provisions. The TDS will not apply to any payments received by ICRISAT.
