Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (for The State of Goa and Union Territories except Delhi), an authority constituted under the Electricity Act 2003, has been notified under section 10(46A) for exemption on its income, provided the authority continues to operate for specified purpose under section 10(46A)(a) of Act.
