Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority, an authority constituted under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning Development Act 1973 and as regulated under the Uttarakhand Urban and Country Planning Development (Amendment) Act 2013, has been notified under section 10(46A) for exemption on its income, provided the authority continues to operate for specified purpose under section 10(46A)(a) of Act.
