Gorakhpur Industrial Development Authority, an authority constituted under the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act 1976, has been notified under section 10(46A) for exemption on its income, provided the authority continues to operate for specified purpose under section 10(46A)(a) of Act.
